Camera Ready Instructions

Authors with accepted papers need to make the appropriate corrections to their papers, according to the reviewers comments. Please ensure that all details are correct, like the authors names are in the right order and the title of the paper has no errors, because these information will be used to generate the proceedings. To be published in the IEEE ICTAI 2026 Conference proceedings the authors of the accepted papers are required to have a full registration for the conference (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by one of the authors at the conference. Accepted, registered and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore.

Your camera ready must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026 in order to be included in the conference proceedings.

Keep the information given to you after the final submission as they will be needed for the registration.
