1. During your conference registration, you will encounter an option to request a visa invitation letter. Please remember to select this option only if you genuinely need a visa to enter the USA. After completing your registration and payment of the registration fee, your visa invitation letter will be automatically generated and sent to you by IEEE Computer Society.
2. At least one author of each accepted paper must have a full registration by registration period (by October 6th, 2023). Please indicate your EasyChair paper ID.

• Cancellation Deadline: October 26th, 2023. (A cancellation fee of $50.00 will apply.)
• Author/Non-Author: (Apart from below registration fee there will be a $20.00 fee for wire transfer)

Note: Each additional page beyond the limits for Full or Short papers will require an additional cost of $100.00.
